Tiles are heavy. That is why a professional tile saw should also be a solid and heavy machine. This 2000 Watt tile cutter absolutely is and that is the first thing that strikes you when you hold this machine in your hands! A heavy, solid machine that has been well thought out about placing, moving and storing the machine. This is a very professional tile saw machine with water cooling, with which you can work very accurately. The machine is suitable for small thin tiles as well as for very thick and large tiles / curbstones (up to 110 mm thick) This tile saw has a very sturdy folding stand. When folded, the entire machine can be pulled by a handle on the Nylon wheels. When unfolded, the machine stands firmly on its feet. The sawing machine consists of a separate saw table that rolls on ball-bearing wheels on rails, above a water trough. In the water tank is an electric submersible pump that pumps the (cooling) water to both sides (!) of the diamond circular saw blade. Above the water basin and the saw table hangs the tilting circular saw, which is driven by a 2000 Watt strong electric motor. The saw is held up with a torsion spring and can be pressed down with a handle for sawing. The entire saw can be tilted up to 45°. At the back of the water bowl is a rubber mud flap that can be hung both inside and outside the water bowl. The water bowl can be emptied by pulling a rubber plug from a hole in the bottom. The plug is equipped with an earth leakage protection and a reset button, so that working with water and electricity also remains safe.
