HBM 4-Piece Aluminum Attachment Jaw Set For use in a vice
Technical data of the HBM 4-piece aluminum jaw set for the vice. 1 x Set of grooved rubber clamping surfaces. 1 x Set with fiber clamping surfaces. 1 x Set with horizontal V. 1 x Set with horizontal and 3-fold vertical V. 1 x Storage case. These aluminum magnetic jaws are equipped with rubber clamping surfaces in which grooves have been made. These grooves not only provide more grip, but also allow you to clamp round or polygonal objects. The magnets of these attachment jaws are milled at the back and consist of iron oxide magnet strips (iron oxide powder mixed with rubber). These magnetic strips have the advantage that they are not brittle or breakable (unlike rare-earth or neodymium magnets). This means that these magnets can never lose small splinters, which can then end up between your machine clamp (or vice) and the attachment jaw, causing them to no longer fit together properly. The magnetic force of these iron oxide rubber strip magnets is also such that the attachment jaws are properly pulled towards the clamp (or vice) without magnetizing your workpiece.
