  The HBM SBC 990 High Pressure Blasting Cabin With 2 Extractors is a pressure blasting cabin for real, professional use. Compared to injection blasting, this blasting method ensures a much higher working speed. This is because the compressed air is only used for spraying the blasting agent (and not also for sucking it up). The air is used efficiently. For a good working view, the pressure blasting cabin is equipped with 3 LED lamps and a powerful dust extraction. This way you will never be bothered by dust or blasting media. To make the view even better, the pressurized blasting cabin is equipped with a step of 35 cm high. The hardened viewing window of 69 x 33 cm can be fitted with glass foil. The viewing window is easy to raise using gas springs. The big advantage of the viewing window is that you can easily place large objects in the cabin. Much easier than, for example, through a side door. The pressure is easy to read using the manometer. One manometer at the bottom of the cabin measures the incoming pressure, the other manometer measures the outgoing pressure. Depending on what you blast with and what you blast, the working pressure is around 4 - 6 bar. The cabin can be filled with a maximum of 12 liters of blasting grit, such as corundum, glass beads, speedblast, but soda is also ideal for this cabin. A heavy compressor is required to use the blasting cabin. Approximately an area of 400 to 500 cm2 can be blasted clean per minute with 4 kg per cm2 of air pressure and with a 6 mm nozzle. The diameter of the blasting grains may not exceed 1.2 mm. Finally, the hose of the included blasting gun is no less than 250 cm long, with a diameter of 2.5 cm. The surface of the workspace is 117 x 89 x 80 cm. You switch on the cabin using the electric foot pedal. The blasting cabin has a high-quality finish and a scratch- and impact-resistant powder coating. This pressure blasting cabin is delivered unassembled. The blasting device is also supplied including a blasting gun, ceramic nozzles (6 mm), safety gloves, set of window film and lighting. With the HBM SBC 880 Double Blast Cabin With 2 Extractors, that is a thing of the past. This blasting cabin has two doors on both sides, allowing large workpieces to be easily placed in the cabin and held and blasted by two people at the same time. The inside dimensions of this double blasting cabin are no less than 206(L)x127(W)x86(H) cm. The two dust extractors ensure that the fine dust does not obstruct the view in the cabins. The dust filter of both vacuum cleaners can be knocked out with a knock bar on the outside of the vacuum cleaner housing. The pressure of the compressed air can be adjusted per cabin from the front by adjusting a pressure reducer. The switches for operating the dust extractors and the lighting are located on the top of the cabins. Both cabins are equipped with two powerful fluorescent fixtures that generously illuminate the workpiece. The amount of compressed air that flows from the blasting gun can be regulated per cabin with the two foot pedals. The nozzle of the blasting gun has a ceramic insert with an opening of 6 mm. Extra PET sheets and nozzle inserts are included. This double blasting cabin is particularly suitable for situations where large objects have to be blasted regularly. By being able to do this with two people, blasting is faster and handling of the workpiece has become easier.
