Tormek la - 120
Technical details of the Tormek LA - 120. The two standard discs have a radius of 3 mm (1/8 ") and a top angle of 60 °. The set of optional discs has a radius of 2 mm (3/32 ") and a top angle of 45 °. With the narrower discs, tools with very narrow profiles can be easily polished. For faster polishing, the diameter of the larger disc is increased from 100mm (4 ") to 120mm (4¾"). The new design compared to the LA-100 provides a larger space between the discs and thus gives more work space when polishing your tools. The LA-120 fits your current LA-100 (or LA-100 on the LA-120) and allows you to use the 2 disks on the same machine. You can also attach double LA-120 discs to each other, for example 1 with a standard profile and 1 with the narrow discs so that you can use 4 different profiles.
