HBM soda jet gun

This soda blasting gun from the HBM brand is ideal for removing paint and rust without damaging the bodywork. The radiator is not only suitable for the bodywork, but also for rims and parts such as cylinder heads, valves and pistons. In contrast to sandblasting, the metal is protected against rust because the soda does not penetrate deep into the metal. Furthermore, the soda blaster is also suitable for removing algae growth from boats, paint from furniture, paint from window frames and even spilled paint on windows.

Use and safety

Before you start blasting, you must use the necessary protective equipment for your face and hands. The plastic bottle is easy to fill with soda. Make sure that the soda is dry, otherwise the spray gun may become clogged. Using the handheld heater is simple: tighten the cap with spray gun, then connect the air hose from the compressor to the 1/4 connection of the handheld heater. When the cap with the spray gun is on, you are ready to start blasting. To improve the result, change the pressure, the distance from the handheld radiator to the object or the amount of soda.
