Preis Leistungsverhltnis der Scheppach FS3600 ist OK. Die angebauten Blechwinkel, an denen die Rder fest montiert sind, sind zu labil, sodass beim ersten Transport der Fliesenschneidemaschine die Rder seitlich weg gekippt sind. Dabei hatte sich eine Punktschweinaht gelst. Zur Lsung des Problems habe ich eine durchgehende Gewindestange M16 mit einer Distanzhlse ( 1/2-Rohr) zwischen beiden Radlagehlsen geschoben und links und rechts 2 Muttern mit Beilagscheiben befestigt. Somit knnen die Seitenwinkel mit Rder nicht mehr seitlich ausbrechen. Eine andere Lsung wre im Baumarkt stabile Rder mit Feststellmechanismus zu kaufen. Bei mir bot sich die Achslsung an, da ich die Teile schon hatte und nur zu montieren brauchte. Nach dem Zusammenbau machte ich einen Testlauf mit positiven Gefhl. Diese Woche mache ich den ersten Praxistest beim Fliesenverlegen im Hausgang von meinem Sohn. Die Fliesen haben eine Gre von 90 x20x1,2 cm. So groe Fliesen habe ich noch nie verlegt, aber ich denke ,es wird klappen.
