Ik heb dit product voor mijn schoonmoeder via webshop besteld omdat ze geen pc heeft en in de winkel het product niet aanwezig meer was. Ik vind het jammer dat deze dienstverlening niet in de winkel is aangeboden. Er wordt in het algemeen te gemakkelijk gedacht dat 80+ers een pc hebben. En dat is niet altijd zo. Met een opmerking als:"Dan moet iemand anders dit maar voor u doen." Ontneem je een vitale oudere zijn zelfredzaamheid en waardigheid. Ze voelen zich afgeserveerd, nutteloos. En dat is niet terrecht vind ik. Misschien dat hier in de toekomst rekening mee gehouden kan worden. Er zijn winkels en ketens waar deze dienstverlening wel wordt verleend. Dit weet ik uit eigen ervaring.
