Thanks to its fully hydraulic operation and sophisticated details, changing tires from 14 to 26 inches is quick, efficient, and safe – without any heavy physical effort!

  • High capacity: Suitable for wheels up to 500 kg, wheel diameters up to 1600 mm, and wheel widths up to 780 mm. Perfect for industrial vehicles.
  • Fully hydraulic: Five hydraulic functions, easily operated via an intuitive control panel with joysticks and foot pedals.
  • Two speeds: Automatic rotating mounting head with 2 mounting speeds (4 and 8 rpm) ensures fast and controlled disassembly and installation.
  • Universal compatibility: Suitable for tube and tubeless tires, steel and aluminum rims of all kinds of heavy machinery.
  • Powerful motors: Dual motors for extra power: 1.5kW hydraulic pump motor and 2.5kW rotation motor. Operates on a standard 3x400V voltage, adjustable to 3x220V.
  • Ergonomic operation: Separate control unit with 2-metre cable, central lifting eye for easy mounting and a minimum working space of 1950x1600mm.
  • Ready to use: Supplied with tyre removal key, steel rim clamp, rim guide, grease gun and pre-filled with hydraulic oil.
  • Optionally expandable: Easily add accessories such as tire inflation guns, tire grease, or professional tire inflation gauges to tailor the machine to your needs.
  • Reliability and versatility: No compressed air required, works at temperatures from 5 - 40°C, suitable for various hydraulic oils.
