With the HBM UNF Screw Thread Repair Set you can easily repair and strengthen screw threads. The kit contains all the tools you need to repair damaged threads. Drill the hole with the supplied drill, tap a new thread in the hole and fit a threaded sleeve with mounting aid. The original bolt now fits in the threaded sleeve again. The set is also used to reinforce threaded connections in aluminium. The threaded sleeves are available separately.

  • Set consists of:
    • 1/4x28.5/16x24.3/8x24.7/16x20.1/2x20.
  • Height of the threaded bushes: 1.5D.

The HBM UNF Thread Repair Set is supplied as standard including:

  • 5 HSS G Tap.
  • 5 HSS drills.
  • 4 x 25 stainless steel threaded bushes.
  • 10 stainless steel threaded bushes 1/2 x 20.
  • 5 Wire handles.
  • Steel storage box.
