A professional grease gun for the preservation of your machines

Lubrication is essential for the maintenance of machines. Without lubrication, serious wear occurs and the accuracy of the machine is quickly compromised. Most professional machines are therefore equipped with grease nipples. These grease nipples are connected via small channels internally in the machine to the sliding surfaces and bearings of the machine that are subject to wear.

With the HBM Professional grease gun you can easily get the grease in exactly the right place without spilling. The grease gun has a beautiful red anodized aluminum cylinder containing a piston that is pushed by a spring. This piston pushes the grease in the piston towards the suction opening of the grease pump. This means that the grease gun can be used in any position and gravity no longer plays a role.

Description of the HBM Professional grease gun

The grease pump pumps the grease through a hose to a nozzle. Using the grease pump with a long lever, the amount of grease coming out of the nozzle can now be dosed very accurately. The nozzle is located at the end of a flexible high-pressure hose and is equipped with a cap that prevents dripping during long-term storage. The nozzle itself has a plastic (polyethylene) shoe that fits exactly on a grease nipple and then remains in place after you have clicked the nozzle onto the grease nipple.

Thanks to the soft-grip lever and the beautiful ribbed rubber grip around the red cylinder, pumping is made even easier and your hands will not easily slip off this grease gun. To allow any air that may still be in the cylinder to escape, the cylinder of this grease gun is equipped with a bleed valve.
