Let the stone soak in water for 5 minutes and place it on a suitable surface. Step 1: Grind roughly on the rough side of the stone to eliminate blade irregularities. Sharpen the blade on the stone in both directions at an angle of 10 to 30 degrees. Gently press on the edge of the end of the blade. Repeat this process until the tip of the blade is smooth and sharp again. Keep the stone wet during the sharpening process. It is important that you stay within the specified angle of the sharpener. Step 2: Fine grinding and polishing. Wash and dry the stone well after the first step. Then you can repeat the same process on the fine side of the whetstone for a better result.
