The HBM 75 x 1180 Professional Belt and Disc Sander is a universal belt and disc sander for metalworking. The machine has a motor power of 1100 Watt / 1.5 HP, a speed of 1410 O/min and a belt speed of 11 M/sec. The dimensions of the sanding belt are 75 x 1180 mm, with a diameter of the sanding disc of 150 mm. The flat sanding surface is 75 x 330 mm. The sanding table can be swiveled by 90 degrees and measures 150 x 130 mm. The dimensions of the entire machine are 665 x 460 x 370 mm and the weight is approx. 62 kg. The machine works on 230 Volt.
This belt sander comes standard with:
- 1 sanding belt for metal.
- 1 sanding disc for metal.
The machine has a table model with a swiveling arm, making it very user-friendly. The fine adjustment of the belt tension ensures vibration-free running. Furthermore, the grinding table and top stop are adjustable, making working with the machine very easy. Changing the sanding belt is also quick and easy. The IP54 safety switch provides additional safety during use.
