The movable aluminum frame of HBM 200W Foam Cutter with Legs and Side Blades makes the foam cutting machine lightweight for easy lifting and carrying on the construction site. Thanks to the ball-bearing guide, the cutter bar slides smoothly through the polystyrene foam plate.

This desktop styrofoam cutting machine, with the leaning ruler, can be tilted to the side so it can work both horizontally and vertically for precise cutting of polystyrene materials.

The foam cutting machine is equipped with a transformer with a waterproof rating of IP 68, which guarantees good operation even under adverse weather conditions. With this adapter, the wire is heated to cutting temperature after only 1-2 seconds, ideal for cutting foam, sponge, pearl cotton, etc.

The 0.5mm heating wire is made of high quality nickel-chromium alloy, which has the characteristic of high precision, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. And the heating wire is installed by the spring, which independently generates the tension for efficient processing.
