Description

This silent oilless compressor has 4 motors and 4 (large) cylinders that together generate a noise level of only 68 dB! The four cylinders of this compressor make a relatively large stroke for a low noise compressor, with the result that this compressor reaches its maximum pressure faster than many other low noise compressors. (The maximum pressure is usually about 2 bar higher than the nominal working pressure and most other low noise compressors take quite a long time to reach this maximum pressure).

The 200 liter pressure tank provides a large compressed air buffer, so that the compressor will not start quickly. This ensures a short duty cycle of the machine.

The motor controller starts up all four motors one after the other to avoid overloading the power grid. An overloaded motor is also automatically switched off by the controller, until someone presses the reset button again

This low noise compressor occupies a special place in our range with its larger stroke and is mainly intended for long-term use when driving heavy compressed air tools such as those used in a car garage. This oilless compressor is also very suitable for cleaning work.

The compressor is standard equipped with two pressure gauges, overpressure protection, pressure regulator, oil separator, a water drain tap under the pressure tank and a quick coupling.

This HBM 200 liter professional low noise compressor is for the professional workshop where pneumatic tools are used. The compressor has four motors, each driving two diaphragm cylinders. Each motor is started separately by the switch box, so that the starting current is limited. Four sturdy wheels make the compressor mobile, making it easy to move around the workshop. The electric motors and membranes mounted on them are completely maintenance-free. There is a tap under the tank for draining the condensation water after use.
