The Skandia wooden miter box, also called a miter tray, is a U-shaped box, in which precise cuts are made that serve as a guide for the saw. With a miter drawer, all kinds of frames, skirting boards and profiles can be sawn with a miter (at an angle of 45º). By pressing a profile or skirting board to be cut tightly against the inside of the miter box, it can be cut to size exactly at an angle. Made of steamed beech wood, glued and screwed.
