- Dual filter function: This filter unit efficiently filters fumes from all welding processes, including MIG, TIG, spot welding, laser welding, and robotic welding. It also effortlessly removes oil vapors and mist from various machining operations such as grinding, turning, milling, and CNC machining.
- High filtration degree: With a 4-stage filtration system – including fireproof stainless steel filter, HEPA filter (0.5µm), carbon filter for odor control and an oil mist filter – even the finest dust and harmful aerosols are removed with an efficiency of up to 99%.
- Advanced filter cleaning: The filters are automatically cleaned with a powerful compressed air pulse. A push button on the control panel allows you to easily start the cleaning process, and the removable 20-liter steel dust container makes maintenance easy.
- Compact & mobile: With a footprint of just 55x77 cm and four swivel castors (with brakes), this unit is exceptionally space-saving and can be used anywhere.
- Rotating extraction arm: A 3-metre long, 360° freely rotatable arm with a heat-resistant hose and a robust plastic extraction nozzle provides ultimate flexibility in your workspace.
- Easy to use: The extraction speed is infinitely adjustable thanks to the variable servo motor (1.3 kW, 1300-5600 rpm), which optimises noise and power consumption.
