This very compact welding inverter from the HBM brand is the ideal welding machine for more precise welding. With this inverter you can arc welding with a shielded electrode, or “electric welding” with a coated electrode up to a diameter of 3.2 mm.
- With the rotary knob on the front panel you can easily set the desired current.
- The set current is then clearly displayed on the LED display.
- You need about 30 Amps per mm (diameter) of the welding electrode as a rule of thumb. This makes this welding machine very suitable for the easily available electrodes of 1.6 and 3.2 mm.
This welder is beautifully light and therefore very portable. It is very suitable for on-site welding of thin materials such as sheet steel and profiles.
