Eurol dcf 1404

Eurol DCF 1404 is a fully synthetic oil for the transmission with a double clutch. This Dual Clutch Transmission, also called DCT, has been developed in motorsport. The principle of the DCT is based on the presence of two clutches, one for the odd and one for the even gears. This transmission has been further developed for use in passenger cars from, among others, the VAG, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Volvo and the PSA group. Since the transmission does not shift from gear to clutch, a special oil must be used that combines the extreme pressure-resistant properties of a manual frying oil with the friction properties of an ATF. Eurol DCF 1404 is composed in such a way that the oil retains its quality under the most extreme conditions, from a cold start in the winter to high revs in the summer. Eurol DCF 1404 retains good lubricating properties throughout its useful life, a stable, high viscosity index, a very low pour point and a high resistance to corrosion and foaming. To get the most out of your Eurol DCF 1404, it must absolutely not be mixed with other transmission oils.
