AOK pneumatic burnishing machine - brushing machine - multi-grinder

The AOK Pneumatic Burnishing Machine - Brushing Machine - Multi Grinder is the perfect machine for removing undercoating, paint and rust. The use of this machine produces a sandblast effect. The brushes are equipped with numerous spring steel wire clips, which are angled, ground and hardened at the end. The combination of a lot of power and a low speed creates little friction and heat. As a result, cured coatings do not melt, so that the brush remains clean and residues are removed dry and effectively. In this way no toxic fumes are created.

The brushes are flexible and adapt effortlessly to the surface profile, even in hard-to-reach areas. Depending on the surface profile, the belt can be mounted on the machine either clockwise or counterclockwise. Can also be used in combination with a rubber sticker remover; easily remove stickers and glue residues from (painted) sheet metal. No chance of paint damage due to minimal heat development.
